We've made it to the beautiful town of Dubrovnik -- the city is kind of like a dream really. Another one that should be on everyone's travel list.
Really warm and sunny today so we sailed over to Lokrum Island (skipped out on the nude beaches this time) and enjoyed fresh figs and freshly squeezed lemonade from the market. Viewed a cloudless sunset (at about 4:45) from the outskirts of the walls -- gorgeous (apparently this is where Bill Gates comes when he is in town - ooohhhh).
This is a place to hang out for a while, so we will!
We also enjoyed Split - built within and around the ruins of Diocletian's 'retirement palace' and with a terrific waterfront promenade (Riva).

your hair looks good pete! we're assuming you didn't pick up any more shampoo from the discoteque-pharmacy?
no hair loss this time around. learned my lesson about Klorane with hemp extract last time.
though we have seen it on offer at several locations...
